Here is a student highlight that I got to personally watch from walking in the door to now 🫶
Not sure how @__.khadijahh deals with us being stalkers and hyper af all the time but we love you so much and we are soooo damn proud! Can’t wait to see everything that you do!

@studioair :: What made you want to start this?

@__.khadijahh :: I’d been dealing with back pain for a while and wanted to find a way to relieve it while still having fun. I also envisioned myself doing this, which really motivated me to get started.

@studioair :: What was your biggest concern when you walked if for your first class?

@__.khadijahh :: I was mostly worried about injuring myself. After watching different videos, I realized how much some moves really depend on arm and wrist strength, which was pretty scary, especially since I have carpal tunnel.

@studioair :: What have you learned from this practice?

@__.khadijahh :: I’ve learned how to really engage my core while breathing properly, and it’s made a huge difference in my control and strength during moves.

@studioair :: Any quote or comment or advice?

@__.khadijahh :: Record everything. It’s easy to miss how much you’ve grown until you look back at your first videos
