I just signed up... Now what?!

here is a little list of things to know to ease your mind and feel ready!

 

 

 

 P O L E 

Beginners & New to Pole

  • Absolutely NO LOTION & Jewelry

  • PLEASE BRING SHORTS! It's absolutely okay to come in leggings/sweat to warm up in

  • Shorts that expose mid thigh are highly recommended for BEIGINNERS.

  • Bring Socks & layers because we like you WARM.

  • Tanks & cropped tops are a P L U S, because some exposure of arms and underarms is better than none.

Level 1 & Up

  • Absolutely NO LOTION & Jewelry

  • Booty shorts are a must. Once you start learning how to climb and invert, booty shorts are a necessity. When in doubt bring a bathing suit bottom, they totally work!

  • No underwear only.

BOYS!

  • Absolutely NO LOTION & Jewelry

  • Same drill as the ladies, but please..

  • NO BOXERS.  - see above NO UNDERWEAR rule. 

 F A B R I C S 

 

​​Aerial Yoga/Aerial Hammock/Split Silks

  • Absolutely NO LOTION & Jewelry

  • Athletic wear such as opaque leggings down to the ankles (no knee length/Capri cut leggings)

  • Shorts fitted or loose material will not be allowed, sports bras and/or tank tops and open back 

  • Shirts with a sleeve are highly recommended (short or long is both okay)

  • No see-through material is allowed. No undergarments (undies and or thongs) are allowed to be used as workout attire

 S T E E L S 

 

Lyra (Aerial Hoop) and Dance Trapeze

  • Absolutely NO LOTION & Jewelry

  • Athletic wear such as opaque leggings down to the ankles (no knee length/Capri cut leggings)

  • SOCKS  Highly Recommended

  • NO crop tops or open back 

  • Shorts fitted or loose material  will not be allowed, sports bras and/or tank tops

  • Shirts with a sleeve (short or long is both okay)

  • No see-through material is allowed. No undergarments (undies and or thongs) are allowed to be used as workout attire.

 L I N D A ' S  C L A S S E S 

All Pole Classes/Flow/PoleMovement/SplitsSplitsSplits/Flexibility

  • BRING IT ALL! Socks, leg warmers, knee pads, sweats, t-shirt with sleeves!

  • Wear layers - you will need to be covered so you can move properly as well as socks and knee pads for comfort.

  • Shirts with sleeves are highly recommended to protect and add smoothness when working with upper body on the floor!
