parties are ALLOTTED the time that is booked for the private event

In the case that the party is late, the end time will remain. the party is expected to end, clean, & vacate the premises at the end of the booked time

Each party is responsible for clean up & returning the space to which it was received

$250 charged on the credit card of the party Name holder for every 15 mins over the booked time that the party refuses to leave

$250+ will be charged on the credit card of the party Name holder for damages incurred during the party

Teachers maintain the right to refuse a party if any MEMBER is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, ALCOHOL, or MARIJUANA

Teachers maintain the right to dismiss and end a party due to misconduct, behavior, disrespect, threat, and or disturbance and AGGRESSION
