Cancellation & late to class policy

 C A N C E L L A T I O N  P O L I C Y 

  • classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to class
  • 12 hours marks the “late cancellation” and loss of class credit
  • memberships will be charged $12
  • $12 class back fee for packages
  • *emergency & health issues* excused by dm/email/text to studio

  • 10 mins grace period
  • after 10 mins doors will be closed
  • -clients are not allowed to attend-

  • please dm/email/text the STUDIO - we will take care of the cancellation on our end so you do not get charged!

  • ​classes must have a min of 3 clients
  • pm classes (12pm and onward) will be cancelled at 3 hours prior to class time
  • am classes (before 12pm noon) will be cancelled 10pm the night before
